You're doing a great job...hope you keep a focus (see Indian Bill Would Criminalize Serious Employer Safety Negligence) on "criminalizing" of intentionally-created or maintained hazards. It's the biggest hole in the OSHAct.

Nice enews. I especially liked the new posters for hearing conservation (see New Posters Augment Hearing Conservation Efforts).

Your online animation (see New Online Animation Explains Sleep Problems) featuring the Doze family is excellent. I showed it to my Introductory Psychology class last night during my lecture on sleep, and they appeared to enjoy it. They will have a link to it in their Power Points so they can review it again. Thank you so much for this excellent user-friendly information.

The Doze family animation is excellent, but it wasn’t produced by the LHSFNA. Rather, credit should go to the National Sleep Foundation. – Ed.

I attended a work session on Ergonomics at the Honolulu Community College (Honolulu) in March 2005. I found the seminar informative and well worth my time. Was Mr. Scott Schneider the person who gave the seminar?
I'm a member of the Mail Handlers' Union which is part of LIUNA. The Ergonomics Risk Reduction Process (ERRP) is taking place at the postal plant. As you probably are aware, it's a partnership between the USPS, the American Postal Workers Union, the Mail Handlers Union and Federal OSHA. Honolulu's plant is the 101st facility for ERRP to take place. From statistical data, it appears that ARRP is paying dividends.

Scott Schneider did deliver the seminar in March, 2005. – Ed.

Excellent article (Walmart’s Sorry Saga) on Wal-Mart! Brief, easy to understand, and effective points. I plan to print it to use as an influence for friends (and family) who still shop at this store.
